Dinex provides a cloud-based management system that enables restaurants, cafés, food trucks, and retail stores (the "Customers") to manage, monitor, optimize, and expand their business operations. To use the Services, you must open a Dinex account ("Dinex Account"). During registration, you will be required to provide information (such as your name and other personal details). You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated at all times. You are solely responsible for all activities related to your account. Dinex reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any account that contains inaccurate or incomplete information, or where registration requirements are not met.
Dinex reserves the right to cancel or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy. In such cases, Dinex may retain customer information in its database for one (1) month from the date of cancellation. If the customer chooses to cancel the account voluntarily, Dinex will immediately delete all related personal information from its database.
You are the only party authorized to access and use your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If your credentials are used by another party, Dinex will assume that the individual has the legal authority to do so. If you become aware of unauthorized access, you must notify Dinex immediately via email at [email protected].
The privacy and security of your personal information are extremely important to us. Dinex's Privacy Policy defines the types of information we collect and how we use it, in compliance with applicable international law. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
